We provide patients with high quality, easy and convenient access to a healthcare professionals when they need it.

Croydon GP Hubs is committed to giving you high-quality healthcare. We offer a range of health services and information as well as advice and treatment for a range of illnesses and minor injuries.

The Croydon GP Hubs are in place to provide urgent, on-the-day care, for patients with minor illness or minor injury. We are staffed by a mix of General Practitioners and Advanced Nurse Practitioners, who together provide a wide range of skills, abilities and experience.

Please be advised that direct booking into the Croydon GP Hubs is managed by NHS 111.

For access to a booked appointment please call NHS111 or visit www.111.nhs.uk where a trained Health Advisor  will assess your needs and book you into the most appropriate Hub or alternative service, dependent on your need.

For care that does not require a same-day response please consider contacting your registered GP Practice or local Pharmacist for advice. Self-care advice is also provided via the Advice & Information tab above.

Walk-in patients with urgent need will be accommodated and we ask for understanding if prioritisation of these patients impacts on waiting time.
