Croydon GP Hub

Croydon GP Hub is committed to giving you high-quality healthcare. We offer a range of health services and information as well as advice and treatment for a range of illnesses and minor injuries.

Our services are provided by Operose Health Services Limited on behalf of Croydon Hospital. 

The Croydon GP Hubs are in place to provide urgent, on-the-day care, for patients with minor illness or minor injury. We are staffed by a mix of General Practitioners and Advanced Nurse Practitioners, who together provide a wide range of skills, abilities and experience.

Please be advised that direct booking into the Croydon GP Hubs is managed by NHS111.

For access to a booked appointment please call NHS111 or visit www.111.nhs.uk where a trained Health Advisor  will assess your needs and book you into the most appropriate Hub or alternative service, dependent on your need.

For care that does not require a same-day response please consider contacting your registered GP Practice or local Pharmacist for advice. Self-care advice is also provided via the Advice & Information tab above.

Walk-in patients with urgent need will be accommodated and we ask for understanding if prioritisation of these patients impacts on waiting time.
